Plastic, hard and soft, cardboard and paper are all baled on site with other materials such as metal, wood, glass and plasterboard, and bulked up for transportation to specialist recycling facilities within the local vicinity. General waste is shredded and sent as Refuse Derived Fuels to a nearby facility, where it is processed further and used as waste to energy.
Here at Tom White Waste, we are passionate about helping organisations to recycle as much as they can. We operate the largest and busiest commercial Materials Recovering Facility in Coventry which reprocesses and recycles hundreds of tonnes of waste every single day. A driver from this company came to collect a skip from my property. He made no attempt to notify me of his presence and the began to recklessly throw bricks and pallets from the skip onto my drive. When challenged his response was both aggressive and intimidating. In an exchange of e-mails with the company at no time did they acknowledge his appalling attitude and no apology was forthcoming. As a consequence it is unlikely that I will use this company again.

Good service skip was delivered on the day,but the issue is collection
requested collection 21/6/21, chased on 24/06/21 was told not on system
chased again on 26/06/21 advised will try to collect today. still not being collected rang today being told will try but can't promise any time,as we need 5 working days .

Came to pic up my skip put rubbish out of the skip all on my guarden shown up a week after i said i was done didnt even get a time window or nothing. Had ago at my pregnant missus about someone's car outside my house that had nothing to do with her. Told her to take the stuff of the skip when she is pregnant wont be using this company again very bad service

Asked for skip to be delivered 25 July 2020. Waited till 14:30 and still no skip. Phoned them but just given that my skip will be next to be delivered when a available driver returns. Have no concept of people waiting in for deliveries. What happened to any customer service? Pay up front and they will decide when delivery will take place. Why not let customers know a two hour window of when skip is due. Will never use this Company again

I have used Tom White Waste both via our company (a construction firm) and personally and we have not had any issues at all. Commercially, they are miles ahead of their competitors in providing legal waste tickets and monthly recycling figures. Their investment in their new recycling plant shows their commitment to minimising waste to landfill.
