Rang up over 3 days to ask them to collect a skip from my drive as it’s ready to collect. After being told numerous times it will be collected before 4pm - guess what.. it’s still sitting on the drive.
I initially rang them up on Tuesday morning 8:30am asking for the skip to be collected as I needed to take my car out of my garage for a MOT test on Thursday afternoon (skip in front of garage). It’s now Thursday and still not collected, had to reschedule my MOT test and lost half days annual leave from work.
Rang a total of 5 times asking for it to be collected.
