Established in 1989 by proprietor Louise Gray who is ably assisted by her daughter Charlotte, stylists Helen and Judith plus our junior stylist, Leonnie. Hair Bonito is devoted to professional unisex hair styling providing stylish cuts, perfect colours and great service and using only the best products to make you look your best.

At Hair Bonito we have wedding specialists waiting to help and advise you on achieving your perfect look. We always recommend a trial before your wedding day, this enables both stylist and bride to agree on the final style. With over 20 years experience our aim is to make sure we leave you looking and feeling fantastic.

Been going here since I moved to Cumbria 4 years ago and I always come away happy with my haircut. Everyone is so friendly, always try their best to accommodate you with an appointment to suit you too. Before going here, I had been going to the same hairdresser for more than 20 years so I was very nervous about the change...don't know why I was so worried, they're fab!

I know a lot of people have used this hairdresser for weddings, but I know many have encountered difficulties with them in the short time before their weddings. From asking brides to rearrange their day as they have double booked themselves, turning up late, and even letting people down soon before the wedding and then not paying back money spent on trials etc.
