I had a L’Oreal Xtenso straightening treatment. Unfortunately this has damaged my hair. It has chemically burnt my hair - all around my hair line has singed / broken off to an inch long (from long hair). There are broken strands throughout my hair as if it’s had mulitple bleaches. I wasn’t given the required hair mask when leaving only the shampoo. I asked if It could be sent to me - never to be sent - no further contact from the salon - I had to buy my own. Now I’ve had to buy lots of repair products to try and tackle the damage.

Excellent service. Got my hair cut by Lindsey.
I loved that she put me at so much ease while deciding on the length I wanted and was open to cutting it even after styling. It’s an admirable skill being able to put the customer at ease even when they are indecisive. And she did a fab job!

Excellent service. I got my hair cut and coloured exactly how I wanted it, the colour lasts for ages with just a root top up. All the staff are lovely and helpful. I always feel comfortable in the salon. Great value for money. Highly recommend to young and old
