Informing them 24 hours before I wouldn't be attending an interview - for personal reasons - rather than just not turn up - and they tried to speak to me like I was rubbish. I put the phone down and they still rang and left a message which I deleted - without listening to it! Just who do these people think they are?! I was so incensed I called the company who had the vacancy to inform them how aggressive and unprofessional this recruitment company is. I never even applied for the job - they sought me out! I have read the reviews on here and noted they exhibited the same behaviour to others. Avoid

Was signed up with these guys for about a month, everything was going well until I couldn't work due to a family death. I was told that not being able to turn up for work and possibly being unstable in the workplace is making them look bad..... sorry but the reviews are 2.8 on here already. Spoke to me like utter S#!£ over the phone. Tried to belittle me over my dad dying, telling me that I either come to work or not and that they have plenty of people with deaths in the family and still come to work. Whilst attempting to fill out my forms, i hear a distinct conversation going on between the work colleagues about people from the midlands being and i quote 'dumb' and proceeded to make this point more than once, i do not expect to hear such out dated ideology whilst attempting to find work. At that moment i was highly offended and left the premises. Rude and inadequate.
