MET Recruitment was established in 2008 and is an independent privately owned company based in the West Midlands but with a truly national coverage including clients and candidates spread throughout the whole of the UK. Our reputation for providing bespoke recruitment solutions and sourcing quality experienced staff for companies of all sizes has seen the business grow and secure high end blue chip company contracts.
With over 15 years' experience within the recruitment industry he is a founder member of MET recruitment overseeing all aspects of the company. Robin has a vast experience in Recruitment and business management. Matthew heads up the Industrial team and oversees the day to day running of all temporary workers in our Industrial sector.
The MET Recruitment team are no stranger to a charity challenge and 2018 has been no different! Our fundraising kicked off January this year ahead of us taking on the mighty Wolf Run back in April, which I'm proud to say we completed the 10k mud fest in just under 3 hours. The course was tough with physical obstacles along the way including a freezing cold lake swim that nearly took a handful of the team out!

We have a large and growing database of experienced and fully checked personnel available at a moments notice to meet your demands whether they be for a single one day booking or a large team to work on rotating shifts.We can also provide an on-site presence for large contracts. All personnel supplied will be fully equipped with Job Descriptions, Address Details, PPE, Health & Safety Information, Time Sheets and will provide Proof of ID.

Only give you part time jobs promise you full time work which you never get staff are rude ring you at stupid times in the morning for work 4am worst agency I worked for never pay you above minimum wage because they that stingy rather pocket more for themselves your working to pay there wages don't forget and they probably pocketing more than you earn scumbags.

The worst agency ever I meet in my life. If you need the shitest jobs, contact MET ! Even more than that, if you have healthy problems and you can't lift up too many kg, you need to bring a proof from your doctor because if u don't, they will not listen to u and they will bring u to shitest jobs. Fantastic team, looked after me since day one. I was with them over a year and didn't have a single problem. Any minor issues I did have were delt with quickly and professionally. I ended up with a permanent contract with a company im happy at. I would personally like to thank Matt, Megan and Adam for all their help over the months, you guys are fantastic at what you do.
