Tenant Fees Report

One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please note; this holding deposit will be withheld if any relevant person, including Guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, provide materially significant false or misleading information, fail Right to Rent check(s) or fail to sign their tenancy agreement within 15 calendar days, or other deadline as mutually agreed in writing.

We realise that you need to be kept informed of all developments, so ensure that you receive regular phone and email updates. We always discuss details of potential tenants before accepting their applications, as we understand that finding the right tenant is a hugely important factor.
