My computer had an ongoing windows issue which caused audio distortion and a general performance issue. Mick spent a lot of time and effort inspecting and resolving the issue which wasn’t easy. Constant communication and reassurance was given and a very reasonable quote was offered up considering the circumstances. Would definitely recommend

Excellent- above and beyond. I had major repair done on a high end laptop and he was able to do it in a week with a fair price. He kept in touch constantly and gave me a quote within two days. There's a definite reason the company is rated 5 stars. I'd suggest anyone to use this service.

As someone who is fairly new to Norwich I wasn't sure who to go to when my PC stopped working. When I emailed Computer Repair Norwich, the immediately got back to me and offered to collect my PC for an inspection. The inspection was incredibly quick and they identified the problem immediately. They were also willing to answer any questions that I had about my computer, which actually taught me a lot. Would absolutely recommend this company for anyone who wants PC repairs :)
