Sue Cooke
When I first started to learn to drive I was extremely nervous and anxious about it all, but after only a few lessons with Sue I was starting to feel more comfortable with everything. After failing my test in the past and then going off to uni I decided to do an intensive course with Sue. I felt that this would be the best option to take for me.

Got Recommended Sue Cooke after not having much luck with a previous instructor, very relaxed and enjoyable lessons. I cannot praise Sue enough. For someone who was very anxious to start driving Sue soon made me feel at ease and was a very patient teacher. I think at first I may have presented Sue with a slight challenge.
Services
As soon as I was 16 I took to the road with a moped and started to gain experience and road knowledge. I took an RAC course and later became a trainee in road safety. At the age of 17 I took driving lessons and found an excellent Driving Instructor who was very patient and made every lesson enjoyable.
A 1 hour lesson costs 28, and can be booked ad-hoc - or the following packages are available. If you recommend a friend you will receive a 1 hour free lesson as a thank you from me. Recommend two friends and get 2 hours free. The more friends or family you recommend the more hours you get free! Your free hour will be awarded once your friend or family member has completed 4 hours tuition at the full fee with me.
This is a two hour lesson. If you are a complete beginner this session will get you started. You will learn all about the controls including how the clutch works and then have a chance to start driving. For those of you who have driven before, this is an assessment lesson to enable me to establish your driving skill level and to give instruction and guidance where needed.
You will be given a computer-based test containing 50 multiple choice questions which you have to complete using the touch-screen within 57 minutes. Included in the test is driver's attitude, traffic signs and regulations, effects of alcohol, drugs and fatigue on driver's behaviour and the safety and environmental aspects of vehicles.
Intensive courses are flexible and fast track the learner to the standard required for the practical driving test. The DVSA recommend at least 40 hours practical driving tuition to give the learner enough driving experience, confidence and road safety knowledge for the best chance of passing their practical driving test.
