Our function rooms and facilities make us a perfect venue for a variety of celebrations, from weddings and children's parties to theatre shows. Combinations of rooms are available for larger events. The Hall is licensed for up to a maximum 0f 200 persons; dependent upon your event and has a fully licensed bar and a public entertainment licence.
It is fully compliant with all legally required Health and Safety and Fire regulations and is wheelchair accessible. Main Hall and large stage - with professional lighting and sound systems. Up to 180 people can be seated in a theatre format, 140 at tables, or 120 seated around the oak dance floor.

Services
Mawdesley Village hall was built in 1972 from funds raised by Villagers to provide residents of Mawdesley and surrounding areas, a facility for organisations and groups of all ages and interests to meet. It has since been extended with the addition of an Annex (Small Hall), Bar Lounge and a new kitchen.

The venue has recently been refurbished and is lovely with a wonderful outdoor area. Katharine the organiser was extremely friendly and efficient. Her communication was outstanding. The bar staff were also very friendly on the day of the event. We would happily book this for another special occasion. Thanks for helping make our Christening special!

This is an amazing venue. It is so versatile and could suit many purposes. It seems that in the design they have thought of everything. The kitchen is fantastic, there is an abundance of toilets and the outside spaces are spectacular. On top of that the ease, friendliness and flexibility of the people managing it made the the whole experience a pleasure.
