We are a family run, independent opticians, who have been caring for the eye health of residents across the Halton District since 1990. We love getting to know the people who visit our practice, and over the years, we have learned that everybody's needs are unique.
In partnership with Integrate Hearing, we check your eyes and now we can check your ears! At P&A Morgan we value the importance of finding a hearing professional you can trust. As part of our partnership with Olivia at Integrate Hearing we offer a fully comprehensive hearing service.
Olivia is a qualified Audiologist and registered Hearing Aid Dispenser, having graduated with a First Class Honours Degree and Clinical Distinction from the University of Manchester.In 2019 we partnered with Olivia who provides our fully comprehensive hearing service.

I cannot speak highly enough of P&A Morgan Opticians. The personal attentive service is outstanding, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The level of technology used is impressive, I initially went for glasses and more recently for contact lenses. I have moved across all of my optical care to Morgans having been with a nationwide high street opticians for many years. I have also signed up to the monthly optical care package which represents great value. I recommend P&A Morgan Opticians if you are looking for someone who really cares with a high level of experience

Once again we have returned to Mr P Morgan Opticians for our eye test that is due and new glasses. Over 25+ years we have received care and respect from Mr Morgan and his team, to both my Husband and myself and always received items being top quality. Highly recommended as we have always received the best of aftercare also.

My wife and I were at Morgans Opticians yesterday and were treated extremely well by Jordan, the optician. He was patient (which he needs a lot of) and understanding of our needs. Everything was explained patiently and thoroughly. The receptionist Debbie was very kind and funny, it was a pleasure to be looked after by her.

P and A Morgan Opticians is excellent. Great facilities and outstanding care and attention. I have recently purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and I am delighted with them. The staff went over and above, adjusting my current glasses for me, and even cleaning and replacing the nose cushion on them for me! Every member of staff I have seen has been friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Myself and my family have had our eyes tested with Paul and his team for a number of years now and we are always extremely satisfied with the level of care and service provided. I received the normal high quality examination on my most recent visit last weekend. It is a great independent opticians and we are always left reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail.

Both my husband and I have been customers of P&A Morgan for many years now, and have always received a very friendly and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble. We always receive an in-depth eye test/examination. They have a very extensive range of fashionable frames to choose from, and will give you honest and helpful advice on the frames that suit you best.

Thank you P& A Morgan for the excellent service I received during my recent appointments. Mr Morgan gave me a thorough eye test and Margaret was great at helping me chose new specs. I was stuck in a rut with my old fashioned frames and Margaret helped me come right up to date with modern designer frames. I have had loads of comments from my friends and family about my new image! I also had a specific need with regard to my hobby which requires very close work and Paul was able to customize glasses specifically for that. I feel as if I had a very personalised service from people who care about me
