The number of needles varies but may be only two or three. The aim is to try and alleviate pain or help treat various health conditions by increasing the body's release of natural painkillers (endorphin and serotonin).

Our Osteopath, Alys Bailey, has worked with horses and riders for many years. She has ridden from a young age and has lots of experience schooling and competing with different horses and ponies to training and breaking young horses. Alys qualified as a riding instructor over fifteen years ago and teaches riders of all levels, as well as helping pupils to do their A.I. (Assistant Instructor) certificate.
I had been attending Pilate's classes for six years and thought I was pretty confident in doing Pilates! Then I went to Alys for individual sessions and I've learnt so much about my body. Each session is a real learning curve for me. I recommend the one to one Pilates sessions with Alys for anyone who wants to improve their mobility, strength and balance as well as correcting their posture.

I didn't know whether to go to a chiropractor, physio or osteopath for my recurring bad back. I'm glad I went to Alys and the team who use a mix of techniques to sort you out. Very professional and friendly. They always manage to fix you up after a few sessions. Thank you guys.

Highly recommended.
first time with a osteopath. I had my first consultation today with Alys Bailey and I am very happy, I've been suffering of neck pain, cervical, for few years, obviously today was just the first visit but I had a really nice feeling and I'm looking forward to go back again.
