Emailed to ask about the correct oil for my bike.....No reply.
I did eventually get a reply, but only because of the 2 star review. They never actually told me what oil I need for my bike, did send me a link to the owners manual so I could down load the 200 plus pages for my self and find out for my self.
Now that I am moaning I might as well continue. I went here last year (2020) for my annual service and I left feeling rather disappointed. The service was carried out during lock down so I can understand to a degree.
After traveling 90 miles to get there my self and another chap were greeted

There poor, advise to get a new bike or second hand bike from another retailer! I was told when my bike got recalled for crankshaft, that there was a heap of things wrong in gear box & the clutch was very badly damaged need new, I got the part back & there was no visible damaged or hot spots to any of the gears, they wouldn't give me old clutch back said it was put in the skip,. Even when the expecially advised me and even said we would show you the damage when you come & pick it up

Had my SDR gen 3 serviced and the recall for wiring issue done at Drysdales. Well i have nothing but praise for these folk. Fist of all they not only managed to make time to fit my big in, but also collected it from inverness as i had work commitments. I had discussions with Dave and Allan regards additional things i wanted done and there knowledge and advise was superb. When collecting my bike i still had some queries regards some of the bikes systems and setting and one of there mechanics found the time to come and explain and answer all my questions and i was very impressed at this mechanics

I've given one star here simply because there wasn't the option of no stars at all.
I've recently returned from having my super duke gt serviced (first service at 700 miles) and was astounded by the sum of £295 i was charged for this service, basically an oil and filter change. Upon further investigation (contacting 10 other dealers country wide) i discovered an average charge of £207 the most expensive being down south, hemel Hempstead (£250) I re contacted tomas, the owner of the business. This guy hasn't a clue! Waffling on and telling blatant lies about how they price their servicing and

Bought a KTM 1290 from down south and decided to take it to my local KTM Dealer for a full service and check over. Well from start to finish the whole team were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Service done, new parts fitted, paid the bill and then the mechanic came out and went through a very detailed sheet of all he had done and found, including notes on items to keep an eye on. Wow, service above and beyond. Really happy to have used them and will have no hesitation in going back or recommending.

I have given this dealership the opportunity to sell me a new motorcycle, on both occasions retailing at over £15k, twice in the last three years. On both occasions I have left feeling disappointed, with the impression that they think that they’re doing me a favour by allowing me to grace their presence. Buying a new bike and engaging with the dealership should be a pleasurable experience and normally is in my experience.
Like any experienced motorcyclist, who has owned numerous bikes over the years, most of which have been purchased from good, well established dealerships (in my case nearly

Absolute joke of a place. Attitude towards customers is absolutely atrocious. I understand with what’s going on there is measures in place but sat outside for almost 1 hour although no other customers were in the shop. I had a look through the window to find the elder gentleman just walking around on his phone. Would not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs there is other bike shops still open where the staff members will respect you and wok with you to give you a good bit of business.

Unfortunately my bike was vandalised in Perth whilst parking it there overnight. I spoke to the people at Drysdale Motorcycles who were friendly and organised to pick the bike up right away and said they would fix the problems with it. All seemed well, I was happy to have my bike somewhere safe and to be fixed.
That was the beginning of my problems with this company. Originally their customer service employees said that they would have the bike fixed within a few days. I called them up and then they said that it would take a further week. Week after and still they hadn’t got the parts etc

During my visit I met Rennie, Alan & Tom. They couldn't make me feel anymore welcome going through their stock which went a very long way in me making a decision to purchase my Beta 125 Factory. They also loaded myself with products to enable me to give my motorbike the tender loving care that it requires. All in all the staff were very efficient and friendly definitely worth a visit 👍
