This just showed up on my FB memories. A WK brand new bike bought & serviced from Skinners, spent more time on the recovery trailer than on the road. Here, it was an alright bike.......for about 2 months!!!! Warranty didn't cover anything.......because the warranty had expired when I bought the bike.

I went in to get my brake pads changed. Went back the next day as brakes had been squeaking the whole way home, which they didn't do before. They took it in again and put some copper grease on the back of the pads and that's all it needed BUT then they charged me another hours labour! I had watched the mechanic do it, took him 20 minutes, and should have greased the pads the first time. The words from the guy were exactly "we have to justify the mechanics time", and after arguing said I wouldnt get the keys unless I paid.
This was in Dundee in 2015, I saw they relocated to Perth which reminded

A great little garage for motorcycle repairs. My forks on my beta trials bike were serviced with a quick turn around from Mike. Great service at a good price.

I would recommend this place to anyone. My aprilia was needing quite a big gearbox job done and glad I took it here. Got a big service too while it was there. Mike was very helpful and very knowledgeable and my bike is now quickshifting as it should. He is now the only person I will be allowing to work on my bike from now on. (Even though he is 80 miles from my home) ally was brilliant too keeping my up to date on my repair. Thanks guys. See you again for my next service.

Well I have to say I was very disappointed with the works carried out on my sons 125
I took it to them as it had a starting problem £450 pounds & weeks later it still has the same problem.
I was given the usual its this and that was faulty with the bike but they never actually found out what the issue was but decided to change parts that did not require replacing and when I pointed out that I could have blindly changed parts myself, I was met with a grumpy owner who was affronted that I would question his methods and the fact the bike was still not running properly.
So in summery if you want

A small place, but the staff are friendly and will help with anything you need. They have the facilities on site to do nickel plating and all kinds of things.
They also usually have a great selection of used bikes in. Any used bikes we've gotten have always been in good condition, and any issues are sorted very promptly by the staff.
