Absolutely terrible service from Paul Norman (Commercial Manager) , I made an enquiry and waited 3 weeks for a reply then I was told there was a email sent to me which was a lie. I was kept being told I will get a call back from head office, when I finally spoke to Paul he was obnoxious and basically fobbed me off telling me they do not want any more trade accounts! I will be taking my business elsewhere!
