Kellocks are unique amongst motoring law specialists in so far as for many matters, especially the most serious. We can offer legal aid and we can represent you at no cost to yourself at the Police Station. Subject to your means and the allegation you face, we may also be able to represent you at no cost to yourself at the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.
Our offices are situated in the heart of the City Centre on Cross Street just off Preston's thriving Winckley Square where on street parking is available. Conferences may also take place at your instructed Barrister's chambers in Preston, Liverpool or Manchester City Centres. For those with mobility restrictions or busy work schedules, we can come to you or meet with you directly at Court.

We find that most clients prefer the certainty of an agreed fixed fee for work conducted on their behalf. This helps to create transparency and when we quote a fixed fee, there are no hidden costs, we will not charge you additional fees for travel, mileage, parking, train tickets etc. We do tailor our quotations for particular work.

Don't use them they rip you off on legal aid charges. They make out legal aid is free then deliberately lose your case so they can claim legal aid fees from the legal aid board and get them to apply charging orders on your property. They deliberately don't present your evidence and hire barristers who mess up your case. Very cunning deceiving and corrupt solicitors.Have u ever heard a solicitor claimed 27000.00 for a 5 day hearing and the barrister over 7000.00???This is how Kellocks are ripping you off by claiming ridiculous SUMS of money from legal aid. I asked for the invoice which they are

Kellocks solicitors are the best around, after contacting other solicitors I was advised I would need to spend thousands to get a minor case over turned.
Ivan & Michael took my case on and represented me in court, they explained everything to me and arranged all the paperwork. My cases were successful and the cost was very reasonable i highly recommend.
