What is Physiotherapy? Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession concerned with human function and movement. It uses physical treatments to restore and maintain physical, psychological and social wellbeing. Chartered Physiotherapists undergo a 3-4 year degree level training and are qualified to work within the NHS.

They work in a wide variety of health settings such as intensive care, mental health, stroke recovery, care of the elderly as well orthopaedics and rheumatology within a Hospital or the Community. The majority physiotherapists who work in private practice tend to specialize in musculoskeletal problems (joint, ligament, tendon, muscle, back/neck pain, sports injuries).
Services
Ellena and Paul graduated from King's College Hospital, London in 1988 and have worked in a variety of settings both in the NHS and private practice developing their knowledge and skills. They strive to keep up to date with research based best practice.

Having progressed to senior clinical level in the NHS, Ellena has specialised in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions since 1996 from their practice at Cattle Arch Cottage near Dereham.He is an Orthopaedic Medicine Fellow and Injection Therapist and has taught and examined across the UK.
Neck and back pain. Hip, knee and shoulder problems. Problems with smaller joints such as those found in hands and feet and soft tissue injuries like Tennis Elbow and sprained ankles. We also have considerable experience in post operative rehabilitation following fractures, reconstructive and joint replacement surgery.
