You MUST see her. I went to see her in regards to any injury I had giving birth and from the moment I met her she instantly made me feel better. Her personality is so warm and welcoming and her knowledge and skills are amazing. Just from one visit she helped me with a plan to strengthen my body. She helped build my confidence in what my body can do. I am so happy I found her. I look forward to seeing her more.

Highly recommend Hanna, I physically did not feel like myself at all after the birth of my twins with back spasms, and an incredibly weak core from a very large abdominal separation and herniated belly button. I’d lost all confidence in my body and fitness. Just 3 appointments in 8 months had me feeling so much fitter and better about myself and my abdominal separation went from 9 fingers width to completely healed! Hooray! Hanna has a huge passion for physio and rehabilitation and takes her work incredibly seriously, she was a pleasure to work with.

Hanna is the most knowledgeable, intuitive and personable Physio I have ever know. The bespoke sessions and exercises are first class and have really helped in my rehabilitation. The Yoga and Palates Classes are brilliant and just the right balance of hard work and enjoyment. Hanna is always available if I'm in any doubt and that us so reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dabbour Physio to anybody.

Hanna is extremely knowledgeable as well as being helpful and friendly. I experienced some pelvic floor issues after the menopause and these have now resolved after just two sessions and some exercises for homework. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hanna's excellent service.

I was experiencing pain while running/walking long distance since giving birth. A friend recommended Hanna and so I went along for a post pregnancy assessment (at which I was made to feel very relaxed) Hanna very quickly worked out the source of my pain was down to my pelvic floor and over the course of approximately 6-7 months and keeping up with my exercises I have improved so much I can run without pain. I wouldn't hesitate recommend Hanna to anyone.

Fantastic physiotherapist with a huge background knowledge of the human body. As a doctor myself, I trust Hanna implicitly to get me back to full strength after giving birth. Individualised care plans with exercises, as well as personal training advice, and acupuncture for my back, after months hunched over breast feeding.
Hanna completely puts me at ease with her sensitive approach, and I highly recommend her to friends and patients alike.

Hanna is brilliant, very warm and shares a wealth of knowledge. I have made more progress in five months than I have in years. She puts you at ease completely and gives lots of exercises and advice between sessions. I would highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Hanna for all the services she offers, having attended her yoga and Pilates for several years and last year needing to see her for physio post open abdominal surgery.
I started going to Hanna’s physio yoga many years ago as I suffered from neck, back and hip pain. She provides great advice during her sessions and gives each student a personalised program of exercises based upon assessment scores and specific areas of concern. I really like how she also mixes in a bit of Pilates and resistant band work into the yoga sessions, as it adds variety and really strengthens those

This is the first yoga session I've ever done and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm an experienced swimmer and gym user yet I found many weaknesses in my body I never knew existed.
Hanna is an excellent teacher and was able to manage a group of varying abilities with great empathy. The class was very enjoyable and I was able to challenge myself.
The yoga course will undoubtedly improve my overall body health and overall strength of body and mind. I you think you are a fit and strong person, try a yoga session. Equally, if you want to feel invigorated and healthy, try a yoga session.
