Ben lives in Arnside with his family and is the villages biggest advocate! He founded the company back in 2017 with a view of doing things differently and he hasn't looked back since! Born and raised in North Yorkshire, Sarah moved to Milnthorpe aged 9. Starting with the company 4 months after it was founded, she has seen the company go from strength to strength and in fact her house was one of the first that Ben sold!
Originally converted in 1993, the home is set in approximately 8.5 acres of stunning private gardens, grasslands and hard standing. The property boasts an internal swimming pool alongside a large gymnasium which has the opportunity to be used as a spacious home office, developed into further living accommodation or as a separate residence.
It was a pleasure to work with Waterhouse Estate Agents in order to sell our house. I only wish they had been around years ago. Waterhouse were there for us every step of the way, offering support and when needed, reassurance through what is inevitably a stressful time. Always professional but also friendly and helpful. The valuation was spot on, they learned details about the property and arranged for beautiful professional photographs to be taken. They then ensured that any viewings were appropriate and followed up fully, communicating with both parties to ensure everything went smoothly throughout.

From the very start we were totally impressed with our Waterhouse experience.
