Seriously can not fault any element of the service provided from the initial guidance on the market, consultation during the sales process, and liaison leading up to completion. We were on a holiday when we've got an email from an another agency which said we did not get the house that we've applied for, even tho we started the whole process 1,5 month ago. As a first time buyer I was not too clued up on how everything worked. Hackney & Leigh were fab. I can't thank Shannon enough for all the help/advice she provided me with.
