Beautiful property and lovely hosts made for a good mini-break. Great base to explore Bristol, Bath and North Somerset. Lin and Charles made us feel welcome throughout and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent continental breakfast included adds to the good value of this rental.

Staycation holidays took a double payment for my holiday two weeks apart causing me unnecessary stress and sorting out with numerous phone calls/email. It came about when I enquired my refundable deposit. After returning from my holiday. I asked about my deposit. The man said actually I haven’t paid for my holiday yet and I was absolutely baffled. Before I could reply (5 min later) he took the money again without my authorisation. I tried calling at least 5 times and couldn’t get through. I sent texts and an email. By this time I’m fuming and expecting the worst. Long story short. I eventually

Killigorrick Farm is a nice place, but the service is really poor: heating was not working and for our entire stay (7 days) Charles from Staycation was not able to fix the problem or send someone who could. We exchanged a lot of SMS and the root cause was clear from first day on, but nothing changed! So be careful when booking there... Moritz
