Services
New Street Motorcycles was established in Horsham in 2008 and since then has enjoyed year on year growth. In the beginning we offered just mechanical services but after moving to our current, larger premises in Broadbridge Heath we were able to expand our offering in the workshop and set up our sales department.
Great people to deal with, honest and straightforward. I sold them some of my old leathers etc, they were fair on price and transferred the money immediately, if or should I say when I get back on a bike these guys will be my first call. I took my response BMW bike to this garage, we have used them as a company for a couple of years now and found them to be very knowledgeable, fair priced, great customer service.
Our 2,000 sq ft workshop is at the heart of New Street Motorcycles and is the backbone of our business. We understand how precious your machine is and have installed easy viewing into the workshop so you can watch us as we work, backing up our open, relaxed ethos. Our workshop is fully up to date with the latest engine diagnostics equipment, covering a very wide range of manufacturers.
At New Street Motorcycles we are very proud of our engineering knowledge and expertise and take great care in our work to provide the best possible service for our customers and their machines. Our workshop is comprehensively stocked with traditional tools, as well as the latest technological mechanical appliances, allowing us to work on motorcycles from the turn of the century, right up to the present day.
We can provide parts for all makes and models of motorcycle, both genuine (subject to availability) and aftermarket. This can range from simple items, such as batteries (Lead Acid, Gel Mat to Lithium Iron), brakes (pads, discs, Shoes, Hoses both Braided and Rubber), chains and sprockets to more complex parts including cylinders, cams, cranks, pistons, rods, gearbox bearings.

It was last year we had an appalling experience with this mechanic, but they have managed to have Google remove my review (that tells you a lot about Google reviews), so I am reposting to warn others about New Street Motorcycles. We took our motorbike here in drivable condition for a quote for a repair but Robin Ticehurst tried to trick us into paying him more than the bike was worth for the repair. I said 'no thank you', he then refused to return the bike unless I paid him £1000 for his 'diagnostic'. He then tried to claim the bike as his property via the DVLA. I had to go through the courts

My son had his old 600 Bandit's front brakes rebuilt as one caliper had seized up.
The bike was collected as he was isolating and was ready the very next day. When I collected I was given a complete run down by the owner (I think?) I didn't ask who he was as there was a bit of a queue and despite this he took the time to explain all that was wrong and what he had done to rectify it. Very impressed, thank you ;)

Am very happy with work I've had done over the last 12 years.no problems at all.very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.only does what needs doing and has never done work I haven't agreed to. Last work to be carried out was a replacement engine for my zzr1400. The last owner blew the clutch and covered it up by turning the quick shifter to nearly 100% .clutch was held together by the casing. Was only noticed when Rob took for a test ride before servicing it because I mentioned it doesn't seem perfect. Will never go anywhere else.Great business and great employees.

Fantastic place. Have had them fit new tyres on my CBR, investigate an electrical fault and also carry out a regular annual service. Each time the service has been flawless, prices fair and bike feels fantastic. Lovely people as well :-)

I visited here a couple of months ago to have a screw pulled out of my tyre and a repair. I received a very warm welcome from everyone there. Im only riding a 125 at the moment but hopefully I'll be getting my full license in August. Ill be looking here when the time comes to see if there's anything tasty in stock. It means a lot to know that they are obsessive about what they do and I was impressed by how safety conscious they are. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Rob is a life saviour. On various occasions he’s helped me out massively on my moped. I was a bit apprehensive at first as a female and all the BIG bikes in there I almost felt silly bringing my 125 piaggio in. Between punctures, MOTs and services at can not ask for a better bike mechanic in Horsham!
