We're very proud of our team of 7 vets, 12 nurses, 7 receptionists, practice administrator and Toad (our small animal secretary). We work over our 3 surgeries, and some of us pop up in more than one! Our philosophy is to work with you, the owner, in the best interest of your animal. We understand that vets need to be able to listen and communicate, as well as to be good surgeons and medics.
You can also request an appointment for your pet online - please note this is a request and not an actual booking, our team will contact you to confirm an appointment time. In the case of an emergency, please call the surgery immediately. Keep up to date with the Culverden Vets newsletter, sign up and you will receive each newsletter direct to your inbox.

Services
Culverden Vets is owned by two working vets, our Partners, Duncan Mitchell and Tom Doyle. The practice has been around for more than 70 years and our team is proud to continue the tradition of providing compassionate, cutting edge veterinary care. Our three surgeries in Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough and Wadhurst are very much part of their communities.
We believe in preventative health care - in taking sensible precautions to avoid illness. We also understand that every animal is different, and that what they need depends on their lifestyle. We've designed the Culverden Health Plans to make it easier for you to give your animal the preventative health care he or she needs.
We'd love to send you our quarterly newsletter and very occasional health related messages by email, post and text message. We always treat your personal details with the utmost care and will never sell them to other companies for marketing purposes. Do we have your permission to send you offers and services?
Travelling south on the A21, take the turn off for the A26 to Southborough and Tunbridge Wells. After passing two petrol stations (BP and Shell) on your right, turn right (opposite the bus station and by the memorial) onto Culverden Park. Enter Tunbridge Wells, and at the first roundabout, just after the Pantiles turn right onto the A26, London Road.
Please contact the practice on 01892 661 650 for more information and to book a space if you would like to come along. Continue across two mini roundabouts and down Whitehill for half a mile to a third mini roundabout. Take the first exit into Fermor Road. Follow across the golf course until reaching a mini roundabout.

My dad was a Vet so it's very hard for me to trust another Vet to be as good as he was. We ways take our pets to Tom now as he actually seems to care about the well-being of the animals. I find all vets are extortionately expensive now but I do feel like I can trust Culverden not to carry out unnecessary tests.

Amazing service, we had a lot of questions as this is our first dog. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us what to look for as opposed to the usual "it will be fine" also followed up on the phone with us the next day. We also got in depth guidance on nutrition and general care all with in the inoculation appointment.
