I sent a parcel via this service before Christmas, my parcel was “lost”
I believe stolen!!
Now they are refusing to communicate with me.
Ignoring my e mails.
My parcel is worth £500
So so angry with this company.
Do not use, they take your money and then ignore you !
Just received a reply from the apparent owner !
Can’t reply to it tho!!
And she’s telling me to go through their online chat 😂
Like I haven’t already done that multiple times!!! Only answer they ever give is someone will contact you via e mail ! And they never do !

Do not use, worst parcel service company in the UK.
I sent a parcel for next day delivery, never happened. Contacted Parcel2go through their useless Live Chat and was told that It would be looked into. This went on for 3 weeks, the tracking informing me it was at the hub. After 22 days my parcel was returned back to my house and left outside my door. I received no notification of this. The parcel contents had been removed and placed into another box that had been used as a football (See Pic). I checked the contents and noticed that the card I sent to my friends child had been removed from the

First time used a bit different and a bit confusing, but the second time used straight forward and trouble free.
Just be careful of the add on's the price can easily become double from the basic cost so be careful and think to your self do I really need the extras.
Good value and straight forward once you know how to do it this way especially the print in shop option if you haven't a printer at home👍.
So all in all highly recommended or at least try it.

Booking was easy but could not have got through to complete oozing without giving recipients email. You nearly lost delivery. . Drop off was easy. Pricing good. Recipient said that the parcel must have been dropped heavily as an integral part had become detached. He was very grateful that it had been so well protected by packaging which prevented any further and more serious damage
Fortunately he says that he was able to refit.

Be aware insurance you buy DOES NOT WORK!!! I have order a parcel collection and paid extra for the same day collection and EXTRA for the GUARANTEED delivery time NEXT DAY (that one that they say ' -we guarantee the that day - if we do not deliver on that day we give you a refund of the entire postage). The courier did not come on the chosen day so the parcel was not deliver the next day, which is obvious. I have contacted parcel2go. I was offered another collection day (that would make the delivery day 3 days later than original date). Great - but what about the refund??? Oh, they can give me

Pick up from the home, us drop off a shop totally uneventful and easy.

The company claim department is diabolical. I have created the claim where they were not satisfied with any documents I have supplied with their response to always submit further which I have done and then they have cut me off that I have missed the deadline window which has been created when I open the claim and not extended by me submitting further. So their strategy is to request more until the deadline window expires. After that, they have close the claim. There is no contact, no customer service, no way to contact them further. Avoid at all costs this bad company with bad morals and terrible

Warning.
Do NOT trust this outfit with your parcels. We sent some dog treats to the Republic of Ireland through this lot using UPS. UPS trashed the parcel, losing most of the contents.
We therefore put a claim in, which was acknowledged. Over a week later, we got an update saying they were still awaiting a response from UPS. However, we had been in touch with UPS and knew that they HAD got back to Parcel2Go.
Couldn't update the "ticket" for the claim, as Parcel2Go said they had all the information from us, so we couldn't add anything! No published email address, no published phone number and

These folks used to be the absolute best for shipping but over the last 6 months or so they have become an utter disaster. UPS has had issues shipping out of the UK. That's obviously not P2G's fault directly but rather than helping their customers out, they have instead gone entirely silent. They've stopped responding to emails, messages, any contact about missing packages. UPS won't answer questions and refers all inquiries back to P2G since technically they are the shippers as far as they are concerned. So with P2G unresponsive, we are now looking at having to go to

Dreadful company! I tried to speak to an agent about a parcel that had not been delivered and you are not able to physically speak to anyone you have to go to an online chat. I waited 90 minutes in a que before I was able to speak to someone, I was asking about my missing parcels and the lady did not answer my questions, she then informed me she would have to pass me onto a colleague and sent me to the back of the que was was infuriating! I had to wait a further 60 minutes before I could speak to someone again. I was informed that the reason I was sent to the back of the que was because she had

I don't normally leave reviews but I thought as many people as possible should be warned of my recent experience. I've tried to keep it as consise as possible.

Sent a baine marie food warmer, which got badly damaged.
Sent photos of item. Passed.
Sent requested photos of damage to packing (which was bubble wrapped, polystyrene, boxed, taped and tied with string with a handle). Passed.
Resent and resent again photos of damage to item. Rejected.

They use various courier services.
Customer services said it was on courier's list of 'no compensation cover' because

WARNING ! DON'T USE PARCEL2GO !!!

i posted a parcel with parcel 2 go and it was tracked from the shop I dropped it off at to 2 Hermes depots then it got lost or more likely stolen
parcel2go never contacted me to let me know
I had to do all the chasing ,getting the runaround
Hermes refused to deal with us because we had sent it via parcel 2 go, so we made a claim for the £120 parcel lost with parcel 2 go
there offer of £10 was a insult and refused today
you cannot ring parcel 2 go all their telephone numbers ring then go dead and you can only use their chat online and they deal via private

I must say this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company.
It all started very smooth, I took my parcel to the delivery office and I started tracking it. It was shipped and then returned at warehouse. I contacted someone on live chat on Monday and this Jenny lady said that everything will be ok, my parcel will be delivered on time, she will investigate why it has been returned and she will email me in 24/48 hours. So I stopped worrying. After 48 hours, I received no email and the tracking reference hasn't changed although she specifically said that it will be updated

Absolute joke from start to finish. Service I paid for ended up taking 3 times the length it should have. I was met with blatant lies and they tried to deceive me. Strange when I spoke to the driver he said don't use them they're useless go straight through our company. I personally will never be using them again as they're slow overpriced and useless. AVOID!

Easy to use site, courier came and picked it up the next day, and was delivered to the recipient a day later, cant fault a service like that. Will definitely be using the service again.
