How do I become a landlord? In order to become a landlord you must first have an available property that is right for letting. If you have a property that will be vacant for a period of time, why not turn it to your advantage. Our staff can meet you at the property or we can take you in one of our company viewing cars.
Tenant Link was established originally by ex-students who recognised the need for an agency with a more student friendly approach to letting property. We pride ourselves on being the first letting agency in Southampton designed for students by ex-students. I rented a property from tenant link and found them very helpful. My contract was initially for 6 months and at very last minute I needed to extend my contract for an additional one month and tenant link was very accommodating. The process was easy and went smoothly. They are quick to respond via email and phone. Overall I had a great experience with Tenant link.

We have been clients of Tenant Link since March last year (2020). They have always been diligent with whatever needed to be arranged in the space we rent. This was especially valuable during the harsher times of the pandemic, in which despite uncertainty surrounded basically every service, they did their best to help us settle in our new space.

We have rented a property through Tenant Link and has been living in the same property for over 4 years now. They have been professional in handling the renewals or for any assistance - especially Jackie and Janine are very helpful.
The maintenance requests are always dealt with and resolved quickly. The out of working hours emergency support is handy (if there are any emergencies).
I would highly recommend Tenant Link.

We have rented our property from tenant link for nearly 6 years and have always found them to be very helpful. Jackie has been brilliant throughout. We found the moving in process very easy, and every renewal of our contract has been straightforward. We have always had a good amount of notice for property inspections, and if we have ever asked for any work to be carried out on the property it has been done in a timely manner.
We haven't had to check out of any property with Tenant link as of yet as we hope to continue letting our property for some time. We continue to look after the property,
