Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Echoing many of the ratings in this thread. Every issue has needed chasing. Not surprising the business is due to close. A shame for only one reason, a member of staff has manged to chase the owner to pull his finger out and resolve the most basic of requests, overdue rent. Not recommended, look for another agent.

These are friendly enough and polite to a degree - but practically I have had to chase them up constantly, on literally every issue I have had to raise regarding my flat. To get any kind of outcome from them requires God like patience, and a lot of time/energy - If you're reading this I would say, save your time and go elsewhere if you can.

Viewed a property recently that we absolutely loved, we didn't have any issues being showed around the property itself. We were very keen to go ahead with renting - the landlady had accepted our application. We were excited & ready to go ahead with sending over our deposits & starting our tenancy checks.
However, based off the many terrible reviews we obviously had some concerns. I sent an email asking the letting agent what policies they had changed in their company as a result of the poor reviews, and how they would reassure us as tenants that we would not suffer any similar issues prior to

In all honesty, we didn’t read the reviews before letting with this agency as we found a desired property and were keen to apply and (hopefully) move in.
The application process was smooth and efficient. We have been tenants for 1 year and any issues we have had with our property have been sorted with direct contact to our landlord - info was swiftly provided by Lewis Phipps (thankfully he is lovely and has had everything sorted for us within the same day or if not 2-3). Maybe we got lucky - this isn’t often the case with rental properties!
We have had some major issues with damp but the

From the day we took on the lease with Lewis Phipps, we had endless issues from them advising us that they where going to fix things within the property, to painting the property before we moved in.
On our arrival the bins outside were full to over flowing, with dirty nappies, the wardrobe was falling apart, endless issues with the boiler which we reported, they advised that they would send a plumber round, but they never came.
We finally had to take charge ourselves by contact the landlady ourselves to get things sorted, we fixed most of the issues ourselves, and re-negotiated out contract and
