Our staff are specially trained and we have invested in several pieces of professional equipment, allowing us to offer engraving services onto a range of materials and surfaces. We're happy to provide an engraving service on many of the products we stock in the shop, and can also provide engraving on items you already own.

On initial booking in for our braclet repair everything seems well. When arriving to collect the link and brackets removed and replaced where not there. There for gold parts were missing. When asking about them they then had to contact and external source who done the work. We were not advised it was being conducted externally. The missing gold was returned a few days later but they couldn't tell us what weight the bracket was before repairs.
May have been a one off but has put me off returning for repair.
