Our guest accommodation is ideally situated in a tree lined road just a few minutes level walk to shops, beach and West Somerset Steam Railway. It is the perfect base for exploring the wonderful Exmoor coast and countryside, for starting the South West Coast Path or just to chill. You can relax in our comfortable residents lounge, which is open for your convenience any time of day or evening.
There you will find a wide range of books, magazines and games. In our sunny Dining Room we offer a choice of breakfasts including traditional Full English, Kippers, Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs, all freshly cooked and served between 8.00am - 8.45am.

Services
All our bedrooms are centrally heated and beautifully decorated. Each one is equipped with colour TV. As you would expect, our rooms are fully supplied with towels and complementary toiletries, not to mention a generous beverage tray. Bedroom 1 is also very special. Firstly, it is on the ground floor, and although not giving wheelchair access, is ideal for those guests who find stairs a problem.
We are located a few minutes walk from Minehead sea front and the town centre. Off street parking spaces are available for our guests. Visitors to Minehead mainly use the A39 if travelling by road. Travelling by rail, the best destination is Taunton, where there is a regular bus service to Minehead.
Minehead offers plenty for everyone, with a safe sandy beach, a quaint fishing harbour, and an attractive level promenade, ideal for the less agile. Behind the picturesque old town is North Hill, the beginning of Exmoor. On the Avenue and Parade, you will find an abundance of interesting shops, tearooms, restaurants and a beautiful pleasure garden with putting green.
