Tried this place at the last minute after father & i decided we wanted to stay an extra day on holiday and she fitted us in at the last minute, 2 rooms both were nice, mine was small but had everything i needed i was quite cosy. Do not know what the other reviews meant no hot water because i had lovely hot water & father did in his room so, would have liked a full english at breakfast only a small choice which is the reason for only a 3star review and the fact you have to be in your room by 11 and we never go to sleep early however on this occasion we didnt mind that much as we had a long day and

We stayed here for one night in a family room. The owner is very friendly and settled us in with no problem. Our room was large and clean with tea and coffee facilities, towels and toiletries. We informed her we would be back late and she waited up for us. Breakfast was adequate, not a traditional full English but a decent portion of toast, egg, sausage bacon and tomato. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the decor is dated which didn't necessarily effect our stay but is something to be aware of. The hospitality was excellent.
