Centre For Pharmacy Postgraduate Education
The CPPE Shared decision making programme has been developed for pharmacists working in a patient-facing role in primary care. If you are a pharmacist about to start working in community pharmacy practice, and have had a significant break in your education and training due to the pandemic, this programme will support you to build your confidence and competence as you start in practice.

Are you a pharmacist or pharmacy technician employed as part of the primary care network Direct Enhanced Service additional role reimbursement scheme? Do you need to know more about this new community pharmacy service? Pharmacy professionals from all sectors play a part in supporting patients through the service.

From our face-to-face events to our online and distance learning programmes you'll see that we are passionate about learning and development. We have an excellent reputation for delivering learning that goes through a robust quality-assurance process and is developed in collaboration with pharmacy and healthcare colleagues.
You can narrow your search by choosing a learning type or you can use the search field at the top of the page. We recognise that people have different learning needs. To help you gain this knowledge you can find resources to help you learn about the challenges encountered in terms of licensed medicines, and off-label use of medicines often prescribed for children. You will compare the differences in pharmacology between children and adults, and how children develop, then link this to your own practice.
