We are NHBC registered house builders (NHBC Registration Number 80936) and regularly construct individual new build homes. As registered house builders all new build homes we construct are inspected and guaranteed for 10 years by the NHBC.

We would highly recommend Oakwood Builders. We were overseas whilst our build was being completed and Gary and his team managed the whole project in a professional way with regular updates and Skype calls. The oak framed kitchen is stunning and Gary made suggestions that improved the end result of our new home. Really professional, local company.

We like the fact they are a local long standing family firm of builders with an eye for detail and excellent build quality. All the chaps that worked on our build were polite, entertaining and tidy. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly and courteously and we were kept informed of the build schedule. We absolutely love our oak framed conservatory which has transformed the way we use our house.

I would definitely recommend oakwood. The whole team were always professional and reassuring. The quality of the work was outstanding. Even after 4 years since the work was complete I have had no issues with any of the work they have done. When I need work done on the house I will confidentially call on them again.

Excellent company to work with, completed a new build for us from the ground works right through to final decorations and landscaping. It is great to work with a company and business owner that is honest, trustworthy and only uses tradesmen who have the same values. Every department of works was carried out to a high standard. We have recommended them to others several times since our project.
