We undertake residential and commercial building projects for period properties. JJ Building & Renovation did an amazing job! They were extremely competent and professional. My basement excavation was a really complex job especially to obtain a building license for a habitable room. The job involved labor intensive removal of substrate materials manually handled out through confined, small tight spaces. The room is now complete and finished to such a high standard. Based on this job I later contracted them for a large loft conversion. From structural support work to final fit and finish they did an amazing job. The team are polite, clean and tidy in their work, no surprises
