Wouldn't even bother calling this company..... what an ignorant, rude individual I have just spoke to. Wasn't interested in a booking or being helpful in the slightest. Was going to give him 4 bookings but all I got was no taxis sorry.

Hello. I had an NHS appointment at York Hospital yesterday, and, for the 2nd time, Karl was my driver. He was courteous, pleasant, considerate and put me at ease. It's nice to know that such lovely people as him are dealing with the journeys of patients and others besides. He is a good, careful driver, knew the roads, and I would like to give him a big shout-out here and a huge thank you again Karl. Gail, Thorpe Willoughby.

Critical: Professionalism
From a fellow road users experience of one of this company's drivers on the local road. The driver appeared to suffer from road rage and no patience at all. Finally overtaking on a blind bend and then slamming all on bringing my car to a stop. God help fare paying passengers !!! Not a good idea in a sign written van derived taxi.

Informed me that they were on route with an eta, very polite and so helpfull a very nice and professional taxi firm which I will definatly use again.
Also their prices were great to so don't look anywhere else book up with these guys

Just used 21 Taxis to take my mum and I to Selby. The driver was very kind and helpful. The prices are competitive. Very pleased and will use again.
