At your first appointment we will help you understand what is causing your pain and get you started on the road to recovery with treatment and advice. We remain open for face-to-face appointments with strict hygiene and PPE measures in place. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact us. Back pain is a very common symptom and can be worrying.
Fortunately, it very rarely has a sinister cause. We can help you to understand the cause of your back pain, how to manage it and, perhaps most importantly, how to stop it coming back. Many people hold tension in their necks; restricted function in your neck can really affect activities such as driving and make it hard to relax.

With the introduction of 'lockdown', Rona suggested an online version of her class. I was slightly sceptical at first, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The online class lasts 45 minutes and is excellent, I certainly get as much out of it as I did with a 'normal' class. Many people are worried about exercising in case it makes their pain worse or have been put off by large classes where the teacher is unable to offer individual guidance.
Take your first steps towards recovery - it takes less than 30 seconds to book an appointment online. Please see details in your booking emails about our procedures to keep you safe.
