A realistic assessment of the value of your property is an important first step to ensure you understand how you will finance your home move. Whilst local property newspapers and websites can be used to provide an indication of what your property might be worth, you will need the experience of a professional estate agent to get a more accurate and realistic assessment of its real value.
Why? Because, if you see a house you want to buy you may not be able to buy it without the money from your own house. Also, many estate agents consider you a "non-proceedable" buyer - which means, you are a potential buyer but you can't actually proceed because you need to sell your own house first.
As a Landlord, it is imperative that you choose the right Agent to market and manage your property. A great service from all at Eveleighs. Would highly recommend over all the others for people wishing to sell their houses in Saltford and Keynsham. I was very impressed with how Robin did the property details and how he knew exactly what was in my house, perhaps more than me! Robin sold my house the first day that it hit the market. It was quite a difficult sell but we got it through and now I’m in my lovely new home.

Amazing experience with Eveleighs. As a first time buyer, they (in particular Shane and Lynne) made the experience smooth as it could be. Despite the difficult seller, Shane put us first and really thought about the best for us, doing everything he could to make it a stress free experience. I can’t express how grateful of Shane I am, from his professionalism and his work my girlfriend and I bought the house that we were set on. There is no doubt that We will be selling our house, when we do, with Everleighs. Honestly, such great personal experience. Thanks for everything.

Eveleighs provided a helpful, friendly and courteous service throughout my sale, despite a number of problems throw at them by overly aspirational potential buyers. During this time they also exhibited another much needed quality, one I'm particularly short on - patience. It rapidly became abundantly clear they know far more about selling homes, and dealing with 'people', than I ever will. As a result, throughout the entire process, not a single wannabee buyer was shot. Quite incredible.

I am a tenant who's landlord uses Eveleighs to manage his properties. We had a issue with our bathroom sink tap which was leaking and needed repairing urgently. I rang the team at 0830. They updated me at 0900 that a plumber had been located and will be in touch soon. By 1030 the plumber was at our house with a brand new tap. Both the Eveleighs staff and plumber were extremely efficient and very friendly. Would 100% recommend them!!!

I just wanted to write a review as my experience dealing with Eveleighs has just been amazing, the whole team are so lovely and professional, especially Vicki she is very knowledgeable and I have learnt so much from her. Nothing was to much trouble and she always made time to explain and offer solutions or suggestions I felt in complete safe hands. If your looking for an estate agent who is trustworthy, approachable, commited to providing the best service then look no further, I highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Shane & Robin. Always available to contact and nothing was too much trouble. Great of knowledge of local area and very informative. Lynne in the sales progression team was also incredibly helpful, keeping in regular contact and progressing the sales of our properties even when dealing with tricky solicitors. Was presented with a lovely welcome pack on collection of keys which was a nice touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eveleighs and thank them for their excellent service.!
