Really friendly and approachable! I'm new to the whole Indian Gold Jewellery thing, normally my gran deals with it all. The staff here were really approachable and they explained all the Indian/technical terminology in a way that I could understand. It made me feel a lot more confident when making my purchase. Also very COVID secure which is just a plus these days.

Would not recommend at all!
Wasted around £350 in this Shop.
Picked up a ring and the worker said she would have to order my size in as my fingers are quite skinny. I paid £150 deposit on the day I ordered the ring and asked for size “i”. After being told it would only take 3-4 weeks and it would be made. This ring took over 5 months. Every day I was ringing to ask if the ring was finally ready and I had the same response “no sorry give us another 2 weeks”. I then finally got the ring…. But the ring ended up being 4 sizes bigger then I ordered!! Which really did annoy me a lot! Like

The atmosphere and jewellery are absolutely phenomenal! I felt extremely safe with all the COVID measures being implemented and shopped care-free. Rita is always welcoming and warm, providing more than enough help with beautiful smile. The jewellery itself is stunning , different designs but the true heart of the store are the people in it. Soon It will be a decade since we first visited Friends Jewellers as someone just walking on the road looking for some jewellery to now someone who travels hundreds of miles to get what we want. We have only ever dealt with Rita and it’s the trust which keeps us going back there again and again. Trust isn’t something you can get from the shelf of supermarket and it’s something that you develop over time and our experience here has only got better and better or simply put it’s gone from absolutely amazing to now more of a personalised service with same level of professionalism and attention
