Services
After leaving school, our founder Ross went into the communications department of the Royal Navy for 9 years. As part of his resettlement, he studied for his mortgage qualifications, alongside this he also did a Foundation Degree in Financial Services. His experience allows him to help others from a range of different backgrounds and circumstances including those who do not fit the standard mortgage criteria.
Ross began working as a Mortgage Adviser and Regional Manager in 2013. He has invaluable experience in all areas of Mortgage Advice, especially when it comes to Self Employed Mortgages. Prior to working in Mortgage advice, Ross served in the Royal Navy for 9 years.
He is a passionate long distance runner and triathlete, having completed both the London and Manchester marathons, he also proudly calls himself an 'Ironman' after completing the UK Ironman in 2016.Having worked as a Mortgage Broker in the industry for 16 years, Lindsey brings a vast wealth of experience to the table.

5 star isn't enough to say how Paul helped me and my family make this move, I work nights so Paul would work around my shift to accommodate me. Even texting at 2200hrs he would reply the same night. That's commitment to the customer. 10 out of 10 on all areas. I could of asked for a better advisor than Paul Critchley, you done me proud.
