I can not thank Carla enough, she has been fantastic from the start in finding our mortgage and no question was to small for her to respond to. Our mortgage Is still going through and whenever I message Carla she responds pretty much straight away. Very poor service, very unprofessional, awful behaviour.
Agreement by X (I won't name the individual) to produce a legal document for my solicitor, mentioned several in conversation and by follow-up email my 1 week deadline, X agreed in conversation that the document would be sent by the following week.
Called 1 week later to find out that
1) That the document had not been worked on
2) X was now on holiday
3) X had decided to not email or call me to cancel
4) This company had left me to follow up and find out for myself 1 day before my deadline
5) falsely claimed I was a UK non-tax resident
