Caffe Society is a family run business with plenty of experience in the commercial sector, supplying coffee machines, fresh coffee, and other coffee shop essentials to a wide variety of sites, ranging from small corner cafes right through to coffee chains, restaurants and guesthouses. Based in Sherburn in Elmet, near to Leeds, we have fantastic access to the A1, M1, and M62.

In order to produce our distinctive selection of fresh coffee we scour the finest growing regions in the world to find the perfect beans to form our range of gourmet blends and specialist single origins and micro-lots. After the beans have been picked, they go through a thorough sorting process, before being packed and shipped to our headquarters in Yorkshire.
Roasting is a skilled process, something which needs to be approached with a great deal of care, love and attention. If not, the results will not be good and nothing upsets us more than a badly roasted batch of coffee. When the green coffee reaches our warehouse, we do not just lump all of them into the roaster and leave them in there for the same amount of time - that would be sacrilegious!

Thank you Caffe Society for working with us to choose our coffee machine and items, getting it delivered before Christmas and getting it installed Christmas Eve! The team are very knowledgeable, communication was great and they bent over backwards to ensure we got everything set up for our opening Christmas Eve. We bought Gaggia Ruby Pro 2 Group Tank Fill coffee machine from Caffee Society in October. The machine so far works very well. The team provided excellent service from ordering, delivery, training and support. The coffee is also very good, we had nice feedback from customers, so we will order the coffee again.

Having no knowledge of coffee machines I spent the day at the showrooms discussing different machines and what we might require. Very informative, interesting and helpful. We purchased a machine which arrived quickly. Engineers were helpful with pre-checks and installation. 2 hours of basic training were invaluable. Terrible customer service. Service team rarely replies to emails. Their engineer came to fix my machine, after one week my coffee machine appears to have the same problem. Caffe Society refuses to take any responsibility for the broken part and wants to charge a call out again!!! Very unprofessional.

Had a great experience working with Caffè Sociéty for the ordering of our business coffee machine. They were able to understand our requirements and provide a machine that was perfect for our needs. We weren't originally going to purchase coffee from them, however, the free bag provided was actually really nice, so decided to stick with them for coffee supply too. Managed a small finance agreement for the machine which was easy and straightforward through their finance partners.

Bought the Astoria Storm Coffee machine and got it installed recently.

Overall a very positive experience. The sales team were incredibly patient with me while I dithered around over which machine to buy and were very generous with the machine & ingredients package I selected. The engineer was a little bit 'quiet' and I found that I had to ask a lot of questions and was a little apprehensive the first time I used the machine, but had to remind myself that the barista training was only supposed to be 'basic'. I love my machine and religiously carry cleaning it in order to keep it in tip top condition. Thank you Caffe Society.
