Cardtalk has been established in the heart of Ramsbottom for over 20 years. I joined the greeting card industry in 1989 as a sales representative and have been associated with the shop since its opening. I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate to be the very proud owner of such a well established and loyally supported business.
We are first and foremost a greeting card shop and we are very fortunate that we can sell an array of different genres so our cards range from traditional styles to beautiful handmade designs. We even carry a range of hand finished cards that are designed and printed by a member of our small team and these cards can also be personalised for a small extra charge.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mum went to buy balloons to release for my brother's (HER SON'S) birthday this Saturday, only wanting to purchase a couple, yet was told she would not be sold balloons! The woman in the shop asked if she knew what this did to the environment. My family try hard not to do anything bad to the environment, but this is special circumstances, and we were only going to do it this once since my brother passed away this year. This is completely and utterly outrageous, how is there sympathy for the environment but none for human beings? My mother lost her son

Don't take your children in this shop unless you've tied their hands together. Woman so rude when kids touched the cards before mum's had chance to explain to the kids ...no understanding whatsoever and very very rude. If you don't want kids to touch the cards don't let them in or get a wider shop where prams are accessible.

Gorgeous cards, gifts and the girls are lovely. I've been going into the shop since my first daughter was born over 9 years ago. When we had our first daughter we got a balloon delivered to our door saying 'it's a girl' and a lovely card(we live very close). We go in for all our cards and the girls take time to talk to us, talk to my children and get to know us. Thank you for making each occasion special ️ x
