I had some difficulty remortgaging my property with the current climate (late 2020), struggling to even get a fair valuation done on my property without it going to cost me, so I approached Derngate wealth management. David understood the situation and with his knowledge and resources secured me a straight forward no hassle mortgage that I was happy with.
