Mark helped with my re-mortgage and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He managed the whole process from start to finish so that I have had very little to do myself and was always available to answer any questions along the way (this was my first time re-mortgaging so was a little unsure of how it would work, so lots of questions). Having set up my original mortgage myself I can honestly say this was so much easier and worth every penny just for the convenience alone, never mind the great rate he found for me.
