I have been with the letting agency in Royston as a landlord for many years now and can honestly say their service is second to none!

The letting agency will be very polite and helpful throughout the tenancy. However they will then try and charge ridiculous amounts at the end of the tenancy. If you just dispute this, an independent adjudicator will see reason, just make sure you challenge the amount they try and take from your deposit. Genuinely our biggest disappointment with a letting agent, but luckily systems are in place to prevent abuse.

The Letting Agency have managed my properties for several years and their service is second to none. They’re fast, efficient and personable and their professional advice gives me the reassurance that we’re always up to speed on landlords duties and obligations. My rental payments are always received on time and whenever a tenancy comes to an end they’re super effective at marketing and securing new tenants. I highly recommend!
