Balmforth was founded in 1988 and has expanded over the years to offer an exceptional range of property related services. There are now four offices in West Suffolk which includes Mildenhall, Beck Row satellite Rental Office, Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds. Managing Partner Robert Lewis, is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a wealth of experience and local knowledge.

Our property managed services are without doubt the most comprehensive, compared with the other agents in the area. We have no hidden extras, repairs are charged at cost and all the properties in the Mildenhall area are visited by our inspector every three months. We use reputable, local trade people for our repair services and full details on all our services are available on request.
With our extensive range of both residential sales and residential lettings we are ideally placed to explain investment opportunities for potential buy-to-let investors. Matt Barton and Charlotte White have both provided outstanding service throughout any interactions i had with them. Having not rented before I was a bit hesitant , but Balmforth were great from beginning to end and explained everything and answered any concerns as well, and was always informed and guided as to the next steps needed .
I had a small issue with a leak when I moved in , this was reported and fixed within a few hours . Great response and professional throughout. Well done Balmforth . I couldn’t have asked for any better .

I recently both bought and sold with Balmforth and found their service and approach really great. From Megan and Sammi who got me on the market to Matt who showed me my dream home and helped me secure it and complete on both properties. We cannot rate Balmforth highly enough, specifically Megan Norton.
She was always available to help with any queries during our purchase and she made sure that we always knew what was happening during the process as our solicitors were not providing us with any communication. Megan has been an absolute delight and had helped keep us sane during the entire process.
It made an incredibly stressful time easier knowing that Balmforth were always at the end of the phone or very quick email response.
