They are very military friendly and they help with getting everything set up and they have a ton of great house. Down fall is they are very busy all the time and some general customer service things don’t happen. I had a few minor issues at my house and I had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed.

Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever used. Honestly thier only appeal was the fact that they could pick us up from TLF. Other than that i regret using them. They seldom return phonecalls or emails when you require something from them. When our water heater went on the fritz it took over 3 weeks for them to resolve the situation, but when they need anything such as a property visit or a showing of the property ready yourself for a barrage of emails, phonecalls and texts. I can go on and on with the complaints i had with them. To my fellow servicemen do yourself a favor and shop around
