Friendly and professional staff. Over 2 months and still not repaired or replaced the broken dishwasher. First they sent an engineer out after it broke in the first week. Then they said it’ll be replaced. Then backtracked saying it wouldn’t and is not part of the tenancy. It’s in the itinerary so it certainly is part of the tenancy. Don’t know if it’s the landlord or them but I… have to email them every week so 🤷♂️ No movement no negotiation no compromise, I’m extremely close to exploring legal action. They also failed to tell us it had leaked really badly some

Kate initially came to value the house and showed a genuine interest and drive to get it sold which was far above the other agents who provided a valuation. The house sold within a week for the asking price and from there I was guided through the process and regularly updated by Ben and Chloe, again, providing a first class service and always on hand to answer any questions.
