Services
For most people a property is the most important and valuable asset they will own. We believe that whether buying or selling clients want not only a competitive rate for the transaction but also to know that an experienced and accessible professional deals with the matter. We offer a competitively priced, efficient and personal service.
For most people their property is the most important and valuable assets they will own. We believe that whether buying or selling clients want not only a competitive rate for the transaction but also to know that an experienced and accessible professional will deal with the matter. We are a member of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and offer a competitivelypriced, efficient and personal service.
We deal with Settlement Agreements which are legally binding contracts made between an employer and an employee and usually entered into at the termination of employment. A Settlement Agreement will usually provide that, in return for a payment, the employee will give up the right to pursue any claims against the employer through the Employment Tribunal or Courts.
When relationships break down there are usually important issues to be resolved such as how to divide up your assets and appropriate arrangements for your children. We aim to provide you with clear advice on the relevant principles of matrimonial/cohabitation law and practical guidance on the options open to you.
Whether you wish to make a claim or one is being made against you or dealing with a dispute whether small or large can be a stressful experience, especially if you are unsure about the relevant law, cost and procedures involved. We handle a wide range of disputes and can provide practical advice with the aim of identifying your chances of success and resolving the matter quickly and cost effectively.
