You're right I wasnt a direct client thankfully, otherwise I would have wanted a refund.
I was the buyer with a solicitor who sorted out my side within 2 weeks, If it wasn't for you messing around such as going on holiday and not telling anyone, or sending contracts on time It wouldn't have taken over 2 months for me to move in.
I'll also add the property was empty, and there was no chain. If you actually made a conscious effort todo your job It wouldn't have taken the time it did.
