Services
Most modern vehicles have an ECM (Electronic Control Module) that translates pedal travel into electronic signals in order to provide power to the wheels. The ETC system (Electronic Throttle Control) - also known as drive-by-wire - has the unfortunate downside of delayed throttle response and subdued acceleration, creating problems in certain circumstances such as up-hill starts, quick gear changes, overtaking, etc.

I contacted this business regarding a wheel centre cap that I required for a FOX wheel. The gent I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful and went above and beyond for a part that was only £7.50. The following day I received not one but four caps, due to a change in design, but no extra charge. Incredible service ! As a small business owner myself it is great to deal with another with a similar mindset, that of exceeding customer expectations. I highly recommend this business and sincerely wish them all the best, they truly deserve it. Thanks guys, it really is appreciated.

5 * service all round - Ended up at Wheel and Tyre Outlet by chance and I cannot recommend this place enough! Terry's customer service and his teams is second to none. Terry went above and beyond and helped me out when another supplier let me down as I needed Cross Climate Tyres on my VW Crafter Camper Conversion ASAP so I could head to the Alps and take the camper skiing! This wouldn't have been possible without Terry's help, knowledge and professionalism. Massive thanks from me and I will definitely be re-visiting Wheel and Tyre Outlet again! I'm only sorry I hadn't discovered this place sooner
