I spoke on the phone to an incredibly rude member of staff. I called to get a quote and I was met with complete condescension and disinterest. When I didn't know the exact size of my tyre the employee sighed and hung up on me! A male friend reccomended them to me, who would never have been spoken to the way I was. I called Streatham Tyres and had the exact same conversation and they were extremely friendly and helpful! I will never use this service again.

Go to Blackcircles.com as not only are cheaper for the tyres ( I got a pair of Bridgestones for £4 cheaper than these guys quoted HOWEVER (these guys probably wouldn't have fitted Bridgestones as i had a look around and saw unknown cheap brands obviously for them to maximise profit which is not a good sign they care about providing quality goods and services) and they include cheaper tyre fitting (£10 per tyre) and also delivery is cheap (£12.50) so overall they are cheaper and lets be honest far more reputable with a higher quality of work than these jokers.

I go here regular. The brother does his job as good if not better than any other tyre store within 20 miles. Prices are competitive too. It's a good place to just turn up for the service. There's space for two customers in store and you also can use the side road to park if you need to wait. Just let him know your in line. Customer service is impeccable. I been getting tyres and fixing tyres there for 15 years and I have never had a blaming problem at all. You won't be disappointed.
